DEALERS

TSI does NOT compete with our dealers by mailing catalogs directly in to schools.  We are a factory, not a store.  We have no desire to compete with our dealers, but we do recognize that there is a market for our products that extends beyond the areas that our dealers cover, and that we still have some areas of the country that are not covered by current dealers.  Therefore we offer customers the option of ordering from the factory online.  Dealers should be able to offer our products at prices that are as good as or better than those shown on this site.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Current pricing at the time order is placed will apply. Taxes and freight charges are not included in prices shown.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and PayPal are accepted. Terms are generally Net 30 days from date of invoice for established credit-approved accounts. All past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annually) and collection costs. Invoices paid after the invoice date by credit card are assessed a 3% processing fee.  All orders submitted are assumed as accepting our general terms as stated herein, any conflicting terms stated on the order cannot supersede our terms.

 

SHIPPING

All prices are FOB our warehouse Memphis, TN or other point of origin.  All products stocked in our Memphis warehouse ship the SAME-DAY your order is placed. We ship FedEx Ground, UPS or truck freight. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be automatically computed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.  Residential deliveries, inside delivery or other special truck freight charges are not the responsibility of TSI and the customer will be invoiced for these fees. Third-party bill shipments from our Memphis warehouse on your truck carrier are subject to a $9.00 bill of lading fee. Minimum shipping charge is $10.00.

 

GET YOUR ORDER FAST!

All orders of stock product received by 2pm CST ship the same-day from our warehouse in Memphis, TN.  A centrally located warehouse means you get your order fast!

 

 

Please contact a sports specialist Monday-Friday at 888.313.1303 to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 2nd Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received by 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

 

DROP-SHIPMENTS

 Drop-shipments are available at no extra charge.

 

MINIMUM ORDER

There are no minimum order fees.

 

GUARANTEES

All products are guaranteed to be free against manufacturing defects in accordance with each individual manufacturer's warranty policy. Product warranties do not cover freight, nor any labor associated with the products return. Improper installation will void any applicable warranties. 

Trigon Sports reserves the right to make changes in product design, material, or finish in an effort to improve durability, safety or value without previous notification.

 

DAMAGES / CLAIMS

Please check your order carefully at the time of delivery for possible damage or shortages. Any damage or missing pieces MUST be noted on the delivery receipt. We take care to ensure that your order is properly packaged and shipped complete, but items may become lost or damaged while in transit. The carrier is responsible for delivering your order complete and in the same condition as it was picked up from our warehouse. No claim for shortages or damages

will be recognized by the transportation company unless it is noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing for it. Claims for noted loss or damage must be reported within 14 days after delivery. Concealed damage, not visible at time of delivery, must be reported to the carrier and Trigon Sports no more than 3 days after delivery. Trigon Sports is not responsible for damages or items lost in transit but will assist in filing these claims if all procedures are followed. Any claim request after the time period noted is the responsibility of the customer to settle with the carrier.

 

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted unless prior authorization has been received from Trigon Sports. All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus freight charges associated with the shipping and return. Merchandise must be unused and in original shipping container and in saleable condition to be accepted for return. This guarantee policy is honored only when the product is inspected and found to have experienced normal use.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Custom & made-to-spec orders are not returnable under any circumstances.

 

ADVISORY & WARNING

All sports activities carry the risk of personal injury. Equipment should be inspected prior to every use for damage, wear and stability. Any equipment showing wear or damage must be taken out of service immediately. The user assumes all risks of injury due to use. Trigon Sports shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising with the sale, use, replacement or repair of our items.
